Ride-On Mowers » How to pick the correct Ride on
TIPS FOR SELECTING THE RIGHT MOWER FOR YOU

Use the size of the mowing area to determine the size of your mower. As a rule of thumb:

       - Under 4000m² (1 acre) of grass use a cutting-width of 30” to 38” and a 12.5HP engine
       - Up to 4000m² (1 acre) of grass use a cutting-width of up to 40” and a 14.5HP to 15.5HP engine
       - From 4000m² (1 acre) to 1 hectare of grass use a cutting-width of up to 42”  and a 17.5HP engine
       - Over 1 hectare of grass use the largest cutting-width 42” and an 20HP engine

ADVANTAGES OF A HYDROSTATIC GEARBOX

Foot-operated drive controls allow both hands to remain on the steering wheel; no shifting or clutching is required.
